Return to In-Person Working Questions

Hey everyone,

As you are aware we have a plan for returning to work that has been shared in an email but you can also read it here. Although this is subject to the changing needs of our work and government restriction, we want to make sure you are safe and happy with the proposed plan. Therefore we want to give you the opportunity to reflect on the plan and share any thoughts, considerations, concerns, so please can you spend some time completing the questions below by Tuesday 13th April.

If you have any other questions, need further clarity or would like to expand on your points in more detail please book some time to check-in with Danni. If you don't want to come back to in-person work in April, if you have confidential matters or concerns you must discuss this with your Line Manager.

Do you have any thoughts on the current plan and timeline for returning to work in person? Please share any concerns, considerations or requirements to help guide us. This might include ways to make you feel safe and supported in an office, ideas on the logistics, ways you think we should work.

e.g. specific measures to reduce risk of transmission, visibility of risk assessments, understand who is working from the Collective on certain dates, staggering lunch breaks, temperature checks, the team split, working hours when in an office.

What do you need to be able to reintroduce in-person working from April 12th?

Please think about what you might need personally, but also what we need to consider for: Donors/ Panellists/ Euston Voices / Volunteers / New Staff e.g. interacting with panels at training sessions, with some joining in-person and others joining via Zoom.

What do you need to return to working in a larger group (we anticipate this will include at least one "core day" when the whole team will be based in the office) from June 21st?

As we adopt a blended working approach between the 12th April and 21st June, are there things you need to be able to adapt between online and in-person working environments

e.g. a plan for how team meetings will function with people working from an office and others from home.

Currently the Collective is not able to invite external visitors to the space. What do you need to be able to carry out your role/meeting with external stakeholders?

e.g. identify other spaces we could book for group meetings.

Are there elements of what we're currently doing that you would like us to be continuing as we return to working from an office?

Are there any other concerns or comments in regards to interacting in this project?
